All in all, you can definitely get cheaper elsewhere. Of course you also pay for a bit of convenience. What are other benefits? In general I am very satisfied with Picnic. I now have a number of people in my area who are happy to try the service. Most people are especially surprised by the handy app and updates that are given via the app and e-mail. In terms of service, you can see that they have come a long way. So far I have only encountered very friendly delivery drivers who always arrive exactly on time. If a product is accidentally not delivered as desired, you will receive it for free with your next order.
I also think it is a very big advantage that you can give empty bottles to the deliverer. I regularly order large bottles of water that I prefer not to have to lug you phone number list are through the city. I return these empty bottles with the next delivery and then get the deposit refunded to my account. This also applies to the plastic bags in which the groceries are delivered. They are extremely environmentally conscious and that is why there is a deposit on the plastic bags. The plastic bags are also neatly sorted by freezer, refrigerator and pantry. All in all, the entire customer experience is very pleasant.
Course there are also areas for improvement. For example, I am sometimes still looking for products or variants that are not in the range. I think they can make a nice next step here. Especially if you are crazy about specific products, this can be experienced as a disappointment. Another small point of criticism is that you cannot return full crates. You can't order these either. So for a case of beer you have to go to the supermarket yourself, unfortunately! Picnic has a very handy app that works perfectly and with which you can place an order in no time. However, I can imagine that when you are behind a laptop, you also want to place an order.
